DiabetesE assessment has proved to be a valuable tool. NHS Knowsley used it as part of an integrated review of diabetes services.
The recommendations will inform service improvement and help develop an integrated model to provide improved diabetes care across the PCT.

Participation of both acute and primary care services in the assessment process and overall coordination by the clinical lead has ensured that a comprehensive view of NHS Enfield’s services was submitted to DiabetesE.
